our philanthropy

While most budding fashionistas of her generation were in college, our Chief Frockstar™ devoted herself to several volunteer projects, including one with Mother Theresa's organization in Calcutta. Karina Dresses was launched in 2007 with the explicit goal of building a business based on the Frockstar™ lifestyle, a key principle of which is loving yourself and loving others. So it was only natural that we would find ways to combine our company goals with a philanthropic mission. We thought about many giving models, but were most inspired by the "One For One" concept popularized by Tom's Shoes. After much thought, we decided to adopt one of the organizations where our founder had personally given of herself.  We chose The Little Stars School of Varanasi and created our signature loyalty program, the LoveClubTM, for the purpose of sharing our success with LSS. Right now, we are refining & expanding our company philanthropy, so stay tuned for more news on how you can help. At the same time Karina Dresses continues to share our wealth with organizations focused on supporting women and girls here in America, such as CHIPS.
