Shipping Information

United States Customers: All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage from the United States Post Service. This means your new dress will arrive within 2 -5 business days. We process orders 7 days a week (excluding holidays) and most orders placed before 2pm EST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2pm EST will ship the following business day. Currently, we only offer USPS Ground Advantage. If you need express shipping, we recommend you call us directly for assistance. International Customers: We offer USPS First Class Mail which means it can take anywhere from 7 to 21 business days for you to receive your package. Please keep in mind that the customer is responsible for any taxes or duties due upon delivery.

How to Return

U.S. Customers: If you need to return your Karina Dress, we are happy to provide you with a free return shipping label! Simply use our RETURN PORTAL to begin the process. You will need to have your order number and the email address you used to place your Karina Dresses order to begin.

International Customers: We are unable to offer Return Shipping Labels to International Customers. International customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs but should use our RETURN PORTAL to begin the process. You will need to have your order number and the email address you used to place your Karina Dresses order to begin.
Keep in mind the following regarding our Return Policy:

  • All unworn, full priced merchandise with original tags may be returned within 14 days from the date your package was delivered for a refund.
  • Customers wanting to return a full price item after 14 days have 30 days from delivery to receive a store credit or exchange only.
  • Karina Dresses can not accept returned merchandise after 30 days from delivery.
  • Items purchased from our sale section can only be returned for store credit only within 30 days from delivery.
  • Please note that we do not refund shipping charges. All this information is also located on the invoice you received with your merchandise.
