All U.S. orders are shipped via Priority Mail from the United States Post Service. This means your new dress will arrive within 2 -3 business days. We process orders Monday - Saturday and most orders placed before 2pm EST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2pm EST will ship the following business day. Currently, we only offer USPS Priority Mail. If you need express shipping, we recommend you call us directly for assistance.
All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail which means it can take anywhere from 7 to 21 business days for you to receive your package. Please keep in mind that the customer is responsible for any taxes or duties due upon delivery.
Yes! We want you to love your Karina Dress but if it's not working for you, you can use our online return portal to initiate your return and receive a free shipping label to send it back to us.
