NEED TO RETURN YOUR ORDER?
Use our Return Portal to begin the return process. You will need your email address that you used to place your order as well as your order number to get started:
All U.S. orders are shipped via Priority Mail from the United States Post Office. This means your new dress will arrive within 2 -3 business days. We process orders 7 days a week and most orders placed before 4pm EST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 4pm EST will ship the following business day.
Orders from our international customers will ship via First Class Mail from the United States Post Office. We are not responsible for packages that are held up in customs, but we will try to help you anyway that we can to make sure you get your package!
If you need to expedite your order, please email us at email@example.com. We are happy to set that up for you either before or after you have purchased. Please note that expedited shipping charges will be different than what is listed below.
We are happy to offer free shipping for orders over $150.
HOW TO RETURN:
U.S. CUSTOMERS: If you need to return or exchange your Karina Dress, we are happy to provide you with a free return shipping label! Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will email you a return label to print and use on your return package. Your package should include the Return Postcard that came with your original shipment. Kindly fill out the postcard with your order number, name, and indicate whether you are requesting a refund, exchange or store credit.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: We are unable to offer Return Shipping Labels to International Customers. International customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. Kindly fill out the postcard with your order number, name, and indicate whether you are requesting a refund, exchange or store credit. We are happy to ship exchanges to international customers with no additional charges.
Keep in mind the following regarding our Return Policy:
1. All unworn, full priced merchandise with original tags may be returned within 14 days from the date your package was delivered for a refund. Customers wanting to return a full price item after 14 days have 30 days from delivery to receive a store credit or exchange only.
2. Items purchased from our sale section can only be returned for store credit or exchange only within 30 days from delivery. We are happy to make suggestions to help you find the right style and size for you!
3. Please note that we do not refund shipping charges. All this information is also located on the invoice you received with your merchandise.
***We are not responsible for damages that occur during care of an item, such as washing or wear. Please follow our care directions as closely as possible.***
IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM:
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, please notify us via email or phone within 5 business days of receiving the merchandise. We will email you a USPS label for returning the merchandise. A replacement will be sent as long as it is still in stock.
For U.S. Customers: Please email us at email@example.com if your package has not arrived. We will file a claim with USPS and look into the whereabouts of your items. The Postmaster in your area will be able to check the GPS on your carrier's scanner to determine the exact location where your package was left.
For International Customers: Unfortunately, once the package leaves the United States there is not much we can do to track and find the whereabouts of your order. We suggest contacting your local post office to help you rectify the issue. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do out best to work with USPS to find out any additional information that we can.
