NEED TO RETURN YOUR ORDER?
Use our Return Portal to begin the return process. You will need your email address that you used to place your order as well as your order number to get started:
United States Customers: All U.S. orders are shipped via Priority Mail from the United States Post Service. This means your new dress will arrive within 2 -3 business days. We process orders Monday - Saturday and most orders placed before 4pm EST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 4pm EST will ship the following business day. You will be able to select from the following options:
- USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate (for orders with 1 dress)
- USPS Priority Mail (for orders with more than 1 dress, calculated by weight)
- USPS Priority Mail Express (1 to 2 business days calculated by weight)
International Customers: We are now offering weight based shipping rates through the United States Postal Service (USPS). This means we can also offer you additional shipping services besides First Class International Shipping. You will be able to select from the following options:
- USPS First Class Package International (7 to 21 business days)
- USPS Priority Mail International (6 to 10 business days)
- USPS Priority Mail International Express (3 to 5 business days)
Please keep in mind that the customer is responsible for any taxes or duties due upon delivery.
HOW TO RETURN:
U.S. Customers: If you need to return or exchange your Karina Dress, we are happy to provide you with a free return shipping label! Simply use our RETURN PORTAL to begin the process. You will need to have your order number and the email address you used to place your Karina Dresses order to begin.
International Customers: We are unable to offer Return Shipping Labels to International Customers. International customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs but should use our RETURN PORTAL to begin the process. You will need to have your order number and the email address you used to place your Karina Dresses order to begin.
Keep in mind the following regarding our Return Policy:
- All unworn, full priced merchandise with original tags may be returned within 14 days from the date your package was delivered for a refund.
- Customers wanting to return a full price item after 14 days have 30 days from delivery to receive a store credit or exchange only.
- Karina Dresses can not accept returned merchandise after 30 days from delivery.
- Items purchased from our sale section can only be returned for store credit or exchange only within 30 days from delivery. We are happy to make suggestions to help you find the right style and size for you!
- Please note that we do not refund shipping charges. All this information is also located on the invoice you received with your merchandise.
***We are not responsible for damages that occur during care of an item, such as washing or wear. Please follow our care directions as closely as possible.***
IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM:
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, please use our Return Portal to begin the return process. You will need your email address that you used to place your order as well as your order number to get started. You will also be asked to provide a photo of the damaged. A replacement will be sent free of charge providing that the item is still in stock.
For U.S. Customers: Please email us at email@example.com if your package has not arrived. We will file a claim with USPS and look into the whereabouts of your items. The Postmaster in your area will be able to check the GPS on your carrier's scanner to determine the exact location where your package was left.
For International Customers: Unfortunately, once the package leaves the United States there is not much we can do to track and find the whereabouts of your order. We suggest contacting your local post office to help you rectify the issue. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do out best to work with USPS to find out any additional information that we can.
