Meet Your Maker: November Edition
Each month our founder Karina Cousineau tells us what she’s loving at the moment. Here’s what she’s into this month!
1. Honey roasted acorn squash
There are lots of ways to prepare this yummy winter squash, but my favorite way is to brush it with spicy honey and roast it. Or, try stuffing it with rice and veggies. Just about any way it’s prepared, it’s delicious!
it’s joyful both ways. Doing something nice for a stranger can generate an unmatched feeling of pure joy. And being on the receiving end when you least expect it can can feel a lot like a hot cocoa on a stormy day On that note, I send my love out to anyone effected by the Sandy storm.
3. Super brain
By changing one thing you do five times a day you can ward off Alzheimer’s and keep your brain healthy. I’m holding my fork with my left hand. Great for dieting, too! Deepak Chopra, MD, is the author of more than 65 books including numerous New York Times bestsellers.
My favorite fashion accessory are earrings made by Love Spell. Classic and handmade in the USA, these drops can be worn throughout the day and into night, great for all outfits!
