I like to pack a daytime dress, shorts, a tank top, something for a night out. I always pack running shoes in case I get a chance to run.
You’re taking part in the Her Highway breast cancer awareness road trip. Tell us what motivated you to go!
Breast cancer has affected a few people in my life, so the cause means a lot to me. Also, I had a breast lump removed when I was 23. Thankfully it was benign. Self checks, doctor visits and annual mammograms are so important. It’s an honor to be part of Her Highway. I will think about all women who have been affected by breast cancer during our drive from LA to NYC.
If you could give your 16 year old self advice, what would you say?
“Have more confidence in yourself. You can do anything. Follow your passions. And don’t slam on the brakes in the rain.”
Your perfect day. What would it look like?
Not a cloud in the sky. I’m on the beach with my family. Perfect lefts for my husband to ride. Watching my two daughters play in the sand. Me under an umbrella in a lounge chair with a cocktail in my hand and my iPhone5 in the other.
