1. Brussels sprouts
Here’s my favorite recipe for these low fat, low cholesterol veggies. They’re a great source of thiamine, riboflavin, iron, magnesium, potassium with vitamins A, B6, C and K.
Wash and trim off stems and loose leaves.
Boil 7- 10 minutes.
Serve in a bowl with olive oil, sliced almonds, and cardamon. Yum!
2. Slowing down
Something I have been practicing more of is the importance of slowing down. Often, it’s during those times when I allow my mind to rest that I find my best ideas. Three new dresses have been designed in these moments recently
I recently re-watched one of my favorite movies “Charade” with Cary Grant and Audrey Hepburn. It’s funny and filled with great style – a must see!
