The new year always brings lots of plans, goals and projects. We know you know what we’re talking about. Like you, we’re always aspiring to improve, do more, be better at what we do, focus on what’s important…all that good stuff. And, like you, we know full well that in real life you rarely ever accomplish 100% of what you set out to do. But that doesn’t make it any less important to make the effort.

Here are a few of our key goals we hope to accomplish in 2014:

1. Hire A Crackerjack Social Media Manager – this would be a super-savvy gal to take charge of  our entire social media platform (blog, newsletter, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram) and substantially increase our audience in each channel.

2. Hire a Wholesale Accounts Manager – someone to provide excellent service & support to the 40+ stores around the country that currently sell our dresses.

3. Localize our Company Philanthropy – find a New York-based charity focused on women & girls that could benefit from our products, marketing reach & other resources.

4. Generate More PR Opportunities – we want our dresses to be featured in more mainstream magazines like Travel+Leisure Magazine
