What’s your most recent awesome accomplishment?
This is such an awesome question right now as I am sitting here on my bed high on life itself ! My most recent accomplishment was attending church this past Easter Sunday and actually learning the meaning of Easter. Don’t get me wrong I know Easter is all about the rising of the lord but this pastor broke down the meaning of the egg and the bunnies. I was in awe, I am still smiling to know that the egg represents new birth and the bunny represents spring: Today I know that through my higher power I have the ability to start anew and change my life and my behaviors to a positive at any second of the day and I can spring into joy, acceptance and prosperity at any given time. Now that is sweet like chocolate =)

Why is it important to love our bodies?
I find that loving my body keep me from destroying my body, loving my body makes me take care of my body, gives me the ability to walk with confidence, dress with confidence, and strut my stuff with swagger knowing that all I have is my love for me and I am enough.

Your perfect day. What would it look like?
My perfect day would be spending the day cooking for my family and friends, as we all gather to enjoy quality time together laughing and enjoying each others stories, hanging out at the pool watching all the kids swim, hugging my granddaughter and loading her up with kisses, and having my son who I have not seen in over a year walk in the door and give me a big hug. There is nothing like family love.
