Who am I kidding….I’ve had this smoothie for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It’s very filling and the flavor is amazing!
Filled with bananas, almond butter, and a few dates for sweetness…then whirl it all together as you whirl around in your favorite Karina dress for a minute and you have a delicious and super healthy smoothie that will fill you up.
This banana almond smoothie is also perfect if you are trying to slim down to look your best in your favorite dress too! Since there is no added sugar, the dates and bananas add the sweetness and the almond butter packs a nutritious punch in that small amount. If you prefer, you could use whole or skim milk, but I really love the flavor that the almond milk brings to the almond smoothie.
Banana Almond Smoothies You’ll Need A Dress To Dance For!
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
2 bananas
5 dates
1 tbls almond butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
4 ice cubes
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a blender until well combined. Serve immediately and enjoy!
