Living in the south, sunny Orlando, Florida, means living in a warmer climate year round. We don’t have a typical winter but we do still get some chilly days a few months out of the year.
I enjoy clothes shopping, and when I do shop, I tend to look for clothing that can be mixed and matched, dressed up or down for any event whether it’s casual or more formal. I do, however, always keep in mind the Florida climate and shop for clothing that is perfect for all four seasons.
One of my favorite dresses that I can wear in warm or cool weather is the Jenny Dress. It features a sweetheart v-neck that’s slightly crossed in the front for nice coverage and a full flared skirt swings at the bottom to define the waist at knee length. It’s great for triangle, inverted triangle, rectangle and hourglass shapes. This dress is also one of my favorite pieces for travel. It’s super comfy, travels well…NO wrinkles! This traveling girl likes the sound of that.
Here are some tips for choosing a V-Neck Dress Perfect for all Four Seasons:
- Dresses come in different lengths. Are you looking for a longer dress or a knee length dress? Usually Maxi dresses, such as the Karina Adele, are worn during the summer in warmer months with a pair of sandals or a low wedge heel, but a knee length dress can be worn all through the year with any kind of shoe, including stylish boots in the winter months which is a look I adore.
- A sleeveless, v-neck dress can be worn during spring, summer, fall and winter. I simply pair it with a matching cardigan and the proper shoes for the season and I’m ready to go.
