There are so many reasons to LOVE your belly at any age.
We are all hard on ourselves and need to remember self- kindness.

Your belly is health and a great reminder to take care of myself with good sleep, exercise and nutrition… the more fat you carry the harder on your heart ~ Let’s not be hard on ourselves!
